Refund policy

Item must maintain in its original condition, remain unused, and be in its original packaging.
Invoice must be required during return pickup. Products that have been used are not eligible for exchange or return.
Exchanges or returns are permissible under the following circumstances:
1.              The product is damaged ( video during the receiving of product must be required ) , or you have received the incorrect item.
2.              The product's seal is broken upon delivery.
3.              The product has expired before its delivery.
4.              No items would be returned or refunded if they are bought in sale period or belongs to gifting category.
If your return meets the criteria, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from the same address. You will receive notification regarding the expected pick-up date.
